What I did not see a review of how the Federal Court of Appeals ruled on the matter which could not be resolved internally by the state. Although such cases may be too numerous to list, it will be interesting to see how Berger's case (compared to other gerrymandering lawsuits in dozens of states) along with Moore v Harper play out.
