Great read (as usual)! You and RFKJ are correct about food being a cause of conditions. My daughter is an Emotional Support teacher and under our previous governor, they are providing breakfast at the school (ironically in one of the wealthier schools in Bucks County) which consists of Lucky Charms and Rice Krispie Treats. And they wonder why there are behavioral issues.

Thanks! There's plenty of evidence that some artificial (and even a few natural) food colors can cause behavioral issues in some children. Most schools have eliminated them, but many have not. It would be nice if food companies like General Mills (makers of Lucky Charms) would not sell them to schools.

Butter/ Margarine. I choose butter, in moderation of course ;)

Good call! While butter's natural fat is high in saturated fat, it is better than the transfats in margarine (fake butter). Moderation is the key.
